The 2025 PGA Tour season is just getting started, with one week in Hawaii down and one more to go. This week, the pros face off at the 2025 Sony Open in Hawaii, where last week’s winner is at the top of the odds-to-win heap. Here are the complete Sony Open odds and betting favorites to start the week.

Sony Open in Hawaii odds: The betting favorites

A lot of stars are sitting this week out after many of them played last week’s Sentry, but the star who outlasted them all to win is in the Sony Open field: Hideki Matsuyama.

As the World No. 5 and the first PGA Tour winner of the season, Matsuyama easily tops the list as the betting favorite at the Sony, starting the week with odds-to-win of +900. Beyond his recent strong play, Matsuyama has 11 Tour victories in all, and he previously triumphed at the Sony Open in 2022.

Trailing Hideki in a distant second on the Sony Open odds list is Canadian pro Corey Conners at +1600 odds-to-win. Conners didn’t enter a winner’s circle last season, but he has two-career Tour wins and finished T5 at the Sentry last week to start the season on a good note.

In third place in the betting odds sits Tom Kim (+1800), followed by Russell Henley (+2000).

You can see the top 20 and ties in Sony Open betting odds as of Monday morning below or head over to BetMGM to see the full list of odds and bets for this week.
