The PGA Tour and LIV are coming together for the first time in a head-to-head battle starring PGA Tour loyalists Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler and LIV Golf stars Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka in an 18-hole match at Shadow Creek. Here’s everything you need to know to watch “The Showdown,” including full TV coverage and streaming info.

PGA Tour vs. LIV Showdown preview

While McIlroy, Scheffler, DeChambeau and Koepka have played alongside each other in multiple major championships since DeChambeau and Koepka broke for LIV, this will be the first time the four players have come together to face each other in a head-to-head matchup representing their respective tours.

Scheffler, the 2024 PGA Tour Player of the Year, is fresh off his 9th win of the year at the Hero World Challenge, and McIlroy is coming off a PGA Tour season season that included two wins, a runner-up finish and seven total top-10s.

DeChambeau, who was recently named as the newest brand ambassador for Reebok, is the reigning U.S. Open champ, while Koepka won two LIV tournaments this year. While these players aren’t exactly in need of any additional resume — or bank account — padding, there’s also a hefty purse at stake, with $10 million in crypto currency on the table for the victors.

With a PGA Tour/PIF agreement seemingly still somewhere far off on the horizon, there’s plenty of incentive for the four competitors to make a statement with their play in this match.

TNT will provide TV coverage of the “The Showdown,” and you can also stream the event on MAX.
