It’s U.S. Open final qualifying day as many hopefuls around the country look to punch their ticket to Pinehurst.

U.S. Open final qualifying is annually one of the toughest events to advance through. This year’s trek to the U.S. Open started with more than 10,000 entries (10,052 in all) for just the third time in championship history after there was a record set for last year’s event at LACC. Players either advanced to final qualifying from a local site or were exempt into final stage, which consists of a one-day, 36-hole qualifier to determine who plays for the U.S.’s national championship. Monday is fittingly referred to as Golf’s Longest Day.

The USGA is holding 10 of its 13 final qualifiers at various courses around the country and one in Canada on Monday with 687 players vying for just 44 spots. With the Memorial tournament and the RBC Canadian Open switching weeks this year, many regular PGA Tour pros are scattered between the Ontario, Canada qualifier and the two sites in Ohio at Ohio State University Golf Club and Springfield Country Club.

Final qualifying is one of the only places where you’ll see regular PGA Tour pros hoofing it out there with regular amateurs with day jobs, college players and more.

The qualifiers today will be added to 23 others who qualified in the three sectionals held before Monday in Japan, England and Texas. You can find results for those three qualifiers and follow along for live updates at the 10 others taking place below.
