The 3rd Annual Swing Easy Hit Hard Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, May 21, 2012 at Windermere Golf Club. All proceeds from this year's event will benefit the patient & family support programs of the Emory Transplant Center and Georgia Transplant Foundation.
The Swing Easy Hit Hard Foundation is a registered 501 c 3 non-profit fundraising organization whose mission is to support patients and families that are facing organ transplantation. Our Tax ID# is 45-4656039.
